ABOUT THE STORE

• Stepping up hygiene efforts.  We are asking staff to wash hands regularly, avoid handshaking, and to avoid touching their faces.  We are also asking staff to stay home if they are feeling sick.  We encourage all clients to please take advantage of sanitizer at the entrance.
• Implementing new policies.  We are disinfecting surfaces including doorknobs, tables, desks, and handrails on a regular basis.
• Operating business as usual.  We are still giving loans and servicing loans (renewal payments & redemptions), buying, doing jewelry repairs.  If you would like to make a layaway payment please call and we can take a credit card over the phone.  
• Allowing Mailed Pawn Renewal Payments.  If you would like to send us a pawn renewal payment through the mail you can send a check or a money order.  Please make sure to include the name and loan numbers of the loans that you want paid.  If you would like your receipt mailed back to you then please include a self addressed and stamped envelope.  Please be sure to send your payment with enough time to reach us before your next month of interest has accrued.  Redemptions will not be allowed until checks are cleared through our bank / money orders deposited. 

As some of you may know already from the local news or social media, a car crashed into our showroom on Wednesday, July 10th. Nobody from our store was hurt but the car destroyed our showroom. We have set up a temporary structure to conduct business on the south of our building. At this point we will be doing pawn business, layaways, special orders, repairs, and custom jewelry work. Until we rebuild our showroom we will not have a retail space to sell merchandise, however, online store is up and running. We would like to thank all of you for your support and patience as we work to get the store back to normal operation!
